Michael R. Fleagle Secretary Michael R. Fleagle , 51, lives in Anchorage, Alaska. He previously served on the board of directors from 1996 to 2005 and was re-elected to the board in 2006. Fleagle serves as a member of the lands and resources board committee and the Doyon Drilling, Inc. board. He is chairman of the Federal Subsistence Board, a director of Bean Ridge Corporation (the village corporation for Manley Hot Springs) and served nine years on the McGrath Native Village Council.
