Victor Nicholas Vice-Chair Victor Nicholas , 64, lives in Nulato, Alaska. Nicholas has served on the board of directors since 2002, and previously served from 1998 to 2001. He serves on the Doyon Drilling, Inc. board, the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act ( NAHASDA) and the finance and investment board committees, the Doyon Foundation board, as well as the local Nulato school board and regional school board. He previously served on the Tanana Chiefs Conference executive board and is a former chief and mayor for the village of Nulato. He is the owner of a general merchandise and grocery store in Nulato, and is a commercial pilot. He graduated from CopperValleySchool and received an associate’s degree in aviation from Sheldon Jackson College. Back
