The Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture (JV) has once again achieved a ‘Superior’ rating from the National Park Service (NPS) for its 2024 operating season—marking the sixth consecutive year the JV has received the highest possible evaluation.
“This is a wonderful accomplishment—especially given the challenges of the Riley Fire last season,” said Jason Hill, recently promoted to District Manager at Aramark Destinations. “We are proud to have earned this distinction for six straight years and to highlight our team’s dedication to the land, visitors, and local communities.”
Each year, the NPS conducts comprehensive evaluations of concessioners who operate visitor services within national parks. These assessments examine all aspects of a business’s performance, including operational excellence, facility cleanliness, customer service, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. A ‘Superior’ rating is awarded only to operations that earn an overall score above 90%, demonstrating outstanding service and a deep commitment to the mission and values of the National Park Service.
“I couldn’t be more proud of the JV team for their incredible hard work and dedication,” said Randy Mantler, General Manager of the Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture. “This achievement speaks to their unwavering commitment to excellence and the high standards they consistently uphold. Truly outstanding work all around!”
Mantler stepped into the General Manager role in 2024 following Hill’s promotion to District Manager, continuing a strong legacy of leadership focused on operational quality, cultural stewardship, and guest satisfaction.
