The Raven Eye Trespass Report Form on the Survey123 app platform provides Doyon shareholders and the public with easy access to detailed maps and the ability to report trespassing directly from their mobile devices. Whether online or offline, the form enables users to pinpoint land boundaries, capture trespass details, and submit reports with a single tap—keeping you connected and proactive at all times.

How to Access the Report Form  

  • Download the Survey123 app:
    • Scan the QR code or download the app on iOS, Android, or through any web browser here.
  • Choose Your Reporting Area:
    • View maps of Doyon land, Village Corporation land, and Native allotments.
  • Pinpoint the Trespass Location:
    • Use the GPS feature to mark the exact location of trespass and drop a pin at the site of the incident.
  • Add Supporting Information:
    • Capture and upload photos, videos, or voice recordings and notes or observations to detail the incident.
  • Submit Your Report:
    • Submit the report when online, or save it to submit once you have service.

Features Available on Both Web Browser and Mobile App: 

  • View region-wide or localized maps that display Village Corporation, Doyon, and Native allotment land boundaries. 
  • While Online Only: Customize the basemap (satellite, topographic, etc.) to suit your preference.  
  • View a region wide map of all villages across the region or take maps offline that include satellite imagery at a localized, village specific level.  
  • View land boundaries for the Doyon Region, Village Corporations, and Native allotments. 
  • Upload photos, videos, or voice recordings to detail trespass incidents and signage hung, whether taken previously or captured in real time. 
  • No account required—use the trespass report or offline maps as a guest. 

Additional Mobile App Features: 

  • Access maps and the trespass reporting form both online and offline, with the ability to download region-wide or localized maps for out of service use. 
  • Record and submit trespassing incidents, capturing accurate details as they happen, to allow the Doyon Lands department to address incidents in a quickly and effectively
  • Use the app’s tracking feature to pinpoint your location on the map, whether online or offline. 
  • Track and document the placement of current trespass signage and help to information the Doyon lands Department of where additional signage is needed.
